The last two times i bought their sausage it has been slimey and disgusting. All attempts to contact them have been ignored. Will not be buying again. Never has this problem before but would like an actual response from the company. ��
I'm glad we had to take a pig to the sale barn in Brenham today because it gave us a chance to try this place. I ate one of the best BBQ sandwiches ever! I recommend choosing the jalapeño bun. I also bought some ring sausage and home made pimento cheese to take home. Can't wait to try it! Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't regret it.
We bought this sausage today at our Albertsons in Arlington. We have never tried it before, but this is the best sausage ever!!! The taste is excellent!!!
I wish they would open up a store in every city in Texas I love how friendly the people are when you walk in the door and the meat is so fresh. And that seasoning they sell off the chain.
Best deli sandwiches, best BBQ sandwiches, and wraps you can get. Prices are even better. Best thing about the chopped beef was it was actually chopped briskest (not over charred meat or fat like most places serve them). Plus they a have really nice meat market.
Sure would be nice if they had a website where you could order it. Can't even get anyone to answer on their message board after sending several messages
We had an FFA auction hog butchered here because we had been buying meat from them for a couple of years already in the meat market and knew how high quality their products were. They didn't disappoint. Excellent prices across the board for top notch meat. We love their smoked sausage, especially the garlic one!

This is absolutely, hands down, the best sausage I've ever eaten. I am hooked on the pork and venison and now I'm a Burton customer for life. Still looking forward to trying the rest of the Burton lineup.
