Fantastic I like the doctor very much he was well informative and he had compassion for my situation and gave me a lot of suggestions and how to resolve my knee problems I would highly recommend this doctor
Dr. Burton took time to go over his diagnosis and my options. He let me be a part of the decision making process and was very patient and caring. Combined with his knowledge and expertise, he was able to provide me with top notch care.
Dr. Burton is the best. Nice person, communicates easily. I have complete trust in him.
I went in for a worker’s compensation follow-up visit and x-rays to check my knee replacement regarding intermittent pain is been having. Dr. Burton said that everything looked great and prescribed a topical for the knee pain.

Too bad this fantastic physician is affiliated with such an unorganized company filled with rude, featherbrained, and incompetent personnel (excluding Lily). I Had a hip replacement with great results and waited 6 months for an appointment to discuss a knee replacement but after driving an hour and 1/2 I was greeted with "Dr. Burton is not here today"! When I became incensed, I was told to never return by incompetent Laurie/Lori Byers who mismanages ALL of their clinics!
Dr. Burton was great I had multiple surgeries orthoscopic on one knee and a complete replacement on the other both went very well very professional I definitely recommend him I only have one minor complaint the office staff had issues scheduling my appointments and times and locations because of the multiple knee problems

My original surgery precertification for surgery was denied ( left knee replacement). I had an appointment with Dr. Burton to inform him of this and he instructed the nurse to re submit for authorization. I continually checked with my insurance and saw no approval. I called cigna and they said the physician hadn't turned in a new request for certification,. I called twice weekly for 6 weeks, Cigna called and left messages as well. No response.
