My first hip replacement with Dr. Burton in 2009 went beautifully and there’s been no problem with it. This year I needed the other hip replaced and I’m grateful Dr Burton is still in practice. Horrible bedside manner on initial visit. Follow-up tele-med appointment was worse! Left me hanging on text for 30 min. Had to call his office to get him to complete visit. His Hemet office was sent my records 3 times and 1 time to his Redlands office. Staff was horrible and not customer friendly to look for/find out disposition of my records! Dr. Burton Is a expert In his profession. He always has a smile. I trust my life with this Man. My primary Doctor said "Im sending you to the best of the best" that was an understatement. I highly recommend Arrowhead orthopedics and Dr. Paul Berton.
Dr Burton is a skilled surgeon and he is kind, compassionate, caring and provides complete information. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to perform orthopedic surgery on me. My office visits have positive and my questions are always answered thoroughly.
I was impressed with how quickly he gained my confidence. Listen to what I said to say and ask questions about how to help me. I would say one of the first immediate connections I have ever had with a doctor.
Dr. Burton was very friendly & didn't beat around the bush. Straight forward & I trusted his decision.
Trial and error. The worst D.O not MD ever. Not only did I not get the care or diagnosis accurately. Eye rolling, I was told by Dr Ellsies, that Burton diagnosed wrong! This fool was going to try to do two knee replacement surgeries!! Incompetent, rude, inept training, run as fast as you can to receive real care.
The first time I saw dr burton the staff and the dr were great. I was told I was approved for knee replacement and was put on a list to be called for surgery. Since then I understand that covid 19 has caused delays in surgery. I have not heard from any member of this staff for over 2 months!!!! I have made many calls to see what the status of my surgery is. I have been transferee over and over again and never been able to contact anyone!! I don’t know anything.
