I was really impressed with how easy and fast my car purchase was. I'm not one to car shop because I don't like pushy people but that's not how it was. It was SMOOTH sailing. This is not the first vehicle we've gotten from Burtness, but it was MY first experience as my husband handled the others. Never a bad buy!! Thank you Butch!

Service is joke. Took my diesel in for repair. Truck was half full of fuel when I dropped it off. Picked it up 2 days later had less than a quarter tank. But yet I had to take their loaner vehicle back full! When I called and spoke to the service manager, his response was that my memory was not good enough to remember what I had in my fuel tank!! 15 or 20 bucks worth of fuel boom.... satisfied customer

Too bad we can't give 0 stars...will never do business with them again, went out to look at the same car TWICE in a week only to be told it sold "right before we got there" both times...the 2ND time they were holding the car for us....then they tried to sell us a different car with more miles....you better believe I am telling everyone I know to go elsewhere....terrible customer service.
