These guys make an auto problem much easier to handle. Our vehicle had a problem for over 2 years that no one could figure out. These guys found it within 30 minutes and had me out the door the same afternoon. There was no run around or wondering if I could trust their word. Thank you Burtness!

I bought my new car in March 2014 from Burtness. Several times I have gone to start my car to go to work and it wouldn't start. I live in Janesville and took it to Fagan Automotive since it is closer. They said they can't replicate the problem, I don't drive my car enough for the battery to charge, or it's too cold outside. Mind you it was happening when it was 40 degrees out. It happened again today and my husband took it to Burtness instead of Fagan. They immediately replaced the battery free of charge. Burtness does not follow up with customer service. I purchased a GM Certified vehicle from then 3 months ago (I have put less than 5000 miles on it) and they refuse to take of the vehicle to my satisfaction. Their own machanics admit there is something wrong with the vehicle itself, but they are not willing to make it right.
