We worked with Butch at Burtness' Orfordville location when we recently purchased our Chevy Equinox. He was great to work with: answering all of our questions in a knowledgeable way, spending at least three hours with us as we test drove numerous Equinox's and a Malibu, and quickly responded to many questions via email while we were not in town. We would definitely consider car shopping at Burtness again, when the time comes.

Purchased a new Silverado yesterday. Chris Jason in Sales was extremely knowledgeable who answered all our questions with unbelievable patience. We stopped by Burtness two nights ago just to see what they had available. Chris worked his magic and we were able to afford our dream vehicle. The entire experience was laid-back with no high sales pressure. Burtness has made a believer out our family. We have already recommended Chris multiple times and will be back for the purchase our of next family vehicle.
Doesn't stand behind their products at all. I will definitely be letting everyone I know to go to another dealership.
