RecommendedMark Olsen was great. Professional, friendly, but more importantly very knowledgeable and comfortable to deal with. My concerns were addressed, my car was scheduled that day, and I was given the nicest loaner I’ve ever had. Mark explained all the different maintenance items that were found and repaired and I felt very confident that my car was taken care of in the best way. Completely satisfied in every aspect of this experience.
Don't go here! Felt like we were taken advantage of by Burtness Chevrolet. Bought a vehicle with an expensive extended warranty. Started having problems 20,000 miles before the warranty was up. Had it in the service department at least 6 times under warranty and they couldn't fix the problem. They reassured us that if the same problem occurred after the warranty was done we would be taken care of. Well they definitely took care of us! After having bad luck with another place we decided to give Burtness a try. We will definitely use them again for all our service needs and any future purchases!! Very happy with our service experience! Mark was our service advisor and he was great!
