Have dealt with burtness for 2 car purchases now and I will never go to anyone else. The orfordville location has a great sales team and service reps. Recently worked with the whitewater location and the purchase of my Durango went flawlessly and at a great price.

This service center has been nothing but dishonest, unreliable and discriminatory towards woman. I have been in for service with my 2019 Blazer at least 8 times in the last year I’ve owned it and purchased from them. They continuously call me telling me they have my parts for replacement and after I spend the time, money and miles going there to drop it off. They call the day of service , most of the time mid afternoon and disclose they can’t fix my vehicle due to no having the correct part or it’s not painted. Now this last... read more
