Horrific customer service ! From more then just 1 employees which tells me that something is off with training with your hiring process something is off ,extremely disappointed. Seeing the reviews here already posted I can see that I'm not wrong . Others feel the same way. I was also told a certain stipulation regarding payments that is not documented on paper any where and your representative also couldn't defend her argument she just told me no I'm wrong no help nothing. Very poor customer service. They don't even try to help you. The representatives go into right away telling you what is wrong and for "you " to fix it. Who's the customer here? This company has gone way down. I'm so sorry for that.
These idiots are trying to make me store the green can for them. I have NO shrubs or trees just cement. Only brush is what the city takes care of in front. I just had that green can stolen and every one that gets dropped off in the future will magically be stolen as well.
