From the front desk reception to the treatment that occurred, I felt welcome and very much involved in the decision making process for my treatment
The fron t desk was very professional and friendly to deal with. They explained in detail what I needed to do and expect. The nurses were excellent in my checkup. Dr. Gaddy came in and explained what the X-Rays showed and what I should do. He gave me several options that I could do and was very professional in doing so. Had knee scope surgery performed several years ago poorly. I would not recommend him for anything, even consultation.
Dr. Gaddy is great. He took time to explain my situation, as to what his diagnosis meant, and gave me the option of what I wanted to do to get pain relief. I wouldn’t see any other orthopedic doctor should I have a future need.

Dr. Gaddy was very caring, understanding, and concerned. He seemed to study my MRI thoroughly. He asked questions to make sure he understood my situation. What a blessing to have a doctor like that!

Dr. Gaddy makes his patients feel comfortable and confident that they are in his capable hands. He set me up with pre-surgery PT and a pre-surgery class to give me a really good idea of what expect with my knee surgery. This was invaluable. I got a daily phone call for a week after surgery to check on me and answer questions. I also had a number to call if I ever had any questions.
