Excellent Doctor that bridges patient care, humor & efficiency. I could not have been happier with the whole process from pre-op to post-op. All my questions and concerns were addressed..... as well as preparing me for what I would be experiencing. The entire staff was on the same page and communicated with me throughout the process. I have highly recommended Dr Gaddy and his staff to my friends & family.
While I was late getting in to see Dr. Gaddy, once I did the staff was professional and efficient and more importantly, Dr. Gaddy was very helpful in my examination, providing a thorough explanation of what the potential issues might be in my shoulder and going through all the options for both treatment and next steps. Doctor gaddy is one of the most amazing doctors and people I have ever met. I have been in the medical field 30 years and I have worked with many doctors.. He has been taking care of my mom off and on for quite a while and if I ever needed An orthopedic doctor he would be the one that I would go to. He is just wonderful
From front desk, Dr. Gaddy to scheduler for surgery, the process was professional, courteous and thorough with no feeling of being rushed. All personnel listened and answered all questions and explained all options that could be understood by a non medical patient. Kinda made the knee not hurt so bad):
