Burke Crest has been a wonderful place to live-quiet, peaceful. The rent is fair. It’s nice to have washers and dryers in the building. Parking is directly next to my building.
4” of snow and no plow again! Had to be at work by 4:30 pm on a Saturday and it’ll probably look just the same at 9 when I get home.
I love the rural setting. My neighbors are wonderful. The property manager is responsive and caring. The grounds are well maintained. The new owners have installed brand new washers and dryers in all the buildings. There appears to be program is place for regular maintenance and improvements. The rent is fair for the value.
