Lovely human being!
We purchased an industrial condo unit from Tom in 2009 at 1585 Beverly Court in Aurora. Tom was very knowledgeable of Aurora's building codes and regulations which helped in the build out of the unit. He also helped us find a mortgage lender and offered excellent advice about tax credits and other savings tips. He was very good about setting expectations and explaining each step of the real estate transaction. It completed smoothly.
