This is one of the worst burger kings I've worked at. Let's start off with the fact the threatened to fire people who needed to take off due to covid because they had to take care of their kids and relieves. Then they fired my husband COMPLETELY without notice or anything during the pandemic. Second they hire alcoholics and druggies. When I come through 3-4 times a week and the drive thru girl knows me by now you’d think she could get a simple drink with NO ICE correct but evidently not! Repeated my order 4 times today May 28th, 2019 and she was working drive thru. Manager who handed me food decided to give me attitude when I handed it back and told him I asked for no ice. I was so excited to get cheesy tots and they weren't as cheesy and good as the were years ago. I don't know something about them was different. They are ok but they used to be wonderful.
Wait in drive-thru is often excessive -- 10 to 15 minutes or longer. This is without ordering anything "special." Management needs to amend situation ASAP.
The wait is ridiculous felt like I was at bru burger with the wait time. Chicken nuggets are disgusting and leave an aftertaste. Overall a very disappointing visit
