Boy, after music (banjo - don't laugh) lessons yesterday, I pulled out into busy afternoon traffic, and my car started sputtering. The engine light came on, and it went into what I assumed was terminal, agonal breathing. I limped it, at a top speed of 30 mph, to Burger Kia. They took me in with no appointment, hooked it up to a computer, and determined I was only running on 3 cylinders. Absolutely fantastic service department. We had mechanical issues on a cross country trip and they really took care of us. Their diagnostic was spot on and the repair was quick and efficient. We cannot thank Derral enough for all the help. Cudos to all. FYI: They have a really nice 2016 Wrangler Unlimited with a Mopar lift sitting their waiting for a new owner.
While traveling through Terre Haute, midway through a 3,600 mile road trip and over 800 miles away from home, the automatic window mechanism on our VW Routan broke. Knowing there wasn't a VW dealership in the area, we came here because we knew many of the Routan parts are equivalent to the Chrysler Town & Country. We cannot say enough good things about Darrell Moss, Mike, and the rest of the service staff! They took excellent and expeditious care of us! In two hours they had completely repair the window.
