Had an issue after the collision center installed a new rear hatch, and worked with us and got the hatch fixed (a problem which 2 Ford dealerships could not fix),The Collison center is the only place I'll let do any of my body work, and or crash repair!
Great people to work with when I bought my Jeep 2 years ago. And the service department is great! Went in yesterday with a loud squeal and they had it fixed within 15 minutes even without me having an appointment.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Was ready to sign papers and at last minute decide they can't do what they promised and what we were already approved for.
