bought dodge journey. salesman said everything worked and agreed to have hitch on at purchase like I waned. 3/4 threw paper work they said they not putting it on and still habe problems with vehicle since day one. dodge wont do anythinf to fix it and either will burger worse company for service dont buy anything from them or any Chrysler product

My parents purchased a used 2015 from them. Just two days after buying it the tire went flat. They returned to the dealership two days later with the car for the car wash clean up they owed them for the purchase. They didn’t offer anything for the bad tires and only filled the gas tank 1/2 full. They did not purchase tires from them and will not get the car serviced there either. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service. They won’t set foot in there again and I will not recommend them to anyone either.
Kurtis was absolutely wonderful! he got us a great deal and was super nice. I had a bad experience with a different dealership earlier in the week and he turned my week around entirely and made my experience with Burger spectacular. He answered my questions and took my calls and made sure to stay in touch with me throughout the whole process! Because of him I will be a repeat customer at Burger for all of our future purchases, and I'll be recommending him and this group to everyone!
I’ve bought two vehicles from Burger. Bob Rand & Tom are great! Took a little longer when I bought my Jeep for negotiating but I was pleased with the end Result

I walked in and inquired about a vehicle I saw online, sales staff was super helpful, in trying to get the price I needed to fit my budget. Had gone to other dealerships and when it came down to it getting the price quoted, Burger was the only one that held their agreement on the quoted price
