I went yesterday so they could look at my truck and see how much they would give me for it. I knew it wouldn't be enough to pay it off, so I had already arranged with my bank to cover the difference with a personal loan. They told me yesterday that they would buy my truck, and that they were fine with the way the bank wanted to do it. I called up there this morning just to make sure I had everything I needed before I made the trip, and they backed out of the deal. Very poor customer service if you ask me. Brought my vehicle in to get serviced, less than 24hours of getting my vehicle back my check engine light is on.again. If one doesn’t know how to fix the problem, no shame in stating to your customers that you’re clueless and incompetent to such issue
Bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and engine light came on 2016 (“Just Sensor”), 3/2018 blown transfer case (Not under warranty), 3/2018 broken rear differential (Not under warranty). I had to file a claim with the Attorney General to get anywhere. If you have had any problems with Burger, please contact the Indiana Attorney General’s office for guidance.
