HORRIBLE customer service! 16' Ford F-150 broke down traveling on I 81 in Cicero NY from NJ,we called Burdick Ford before being towed there. They said they could look at it that day if we towed it there. After tow truck left us at Burdick Ford, they said they couldn't look at it for a week!! We were stranded there and they had no loaner or vehicle to rent and did NOTHING to help us ! RecommendedGreat experience . We brought my truck in for service. They gave us a loaner car. They diagnosed properly and fixed it. They kept us in the loop the whole time. When I picked my truck up it was cleaned inside & out (nicer than when I brought it in). That was a nice surprise and they were so sweet & professional. Great team! Very happy customer!

took my car in for a recall on the airbag they had the car for 2 days they returned it with the brake light on one of my heater vent louvers broke and the steel wheel out of alignment and a service manager tells me that they would do me a favor by doing the recall and I should just live with it I would not recommend getting your car serviced at Burdick Ford in Central Square I have to talk to the manager of the Burdick Ford and Joe the service manager set the main manager of Ford did not want to talk to me so again I would n... read more

Pleasant to deal with, no surprises.
Despite the usual issues with buying a car sight unseen from dealer to dealer, we had a very enjoyable experience. Nathan, James, Mike, and the finance guy (sorry - forgot your name but thank you again for getting us such a good interest rate and $10 less a month than originally projected) all came through and even got me my new explorer in time for its first road trip!
