Had a great experience at Burdick Ford! We were greeted immediately upon entering the showroom. We were considering a lease for the first time and had a lot of questions. Jeff was very patient as I went through my list. The business manager, Steve, explained all of our paperwork in detail. Everyone in the building was friendly and helpful and we knew we made the right decision to drive over an hour to lease our new pick up there! Thank you Jeff, Steve and Mike!

Had a very bad experience a few years ago. We bought a truck that when we picked it up had bad u-joints, and bad breaks from day 1. It had never been serviced before we picked it up, and they finally admitted it. Finally had to take it to a different dealership to have it serviced and fixed by someone that knew what they were doing.
Wonderful customer service! Everyone in service, parts, and sales were personable and willing to answer questions.
