Worst Customer Service ever experienced. Purchased a brand new suv 37 days ago. Check Engine light went on leaving the lot. I have had suv a total of 4 days. They have already replaced the entire motor! Still isn't working so they threw hands up and dropped at another Dealer. Refuse to return calls or take responsibility what so ever. Salesman made sure to call to make sure he didn't get a bad review though. Most unprofessional company representing Ford.

We were in an accident that totaled our F350. We were looking for a new work horse. The people were so nice and they genially wanted to find the right truck for our life style. They had us drive several body styles without hesitations. Even people that were not directly working with us met us with smiles. We are customers for life :)

The sales and service staff is professional and courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the third car I’ve purchased at Burdick, and I don’t see why I would ever want to buy elsewhere.
