I have been trying for over a year now to make an appointment to get a recall taken care of. EVERY time I have called I have received nothing but a run around! Their customer service is SEVERLY lacking!
RecommendedI had a great experience although a strange one due to the corona virus..did the majority of the deal in the parking lot in my truck...Dan was very helpful and friendly as was the sales manager Steve...I would recommend Burdick Ford to anyone looking to get a good deal...

just bought a 2020 F150. Mike Ellingworth made this purchase super quick and easy! I also found the staff here very professional while performing their duties in a very safe manor to help prevent the possibility of spreading the Covid virus. the only thing you'll catch here is a great deal!!
