RecommendedAbsolutely great experience leasing my second F-150 with Burdick Ford! Absolute professionalism and no pressure from Scott Harris and Mike Ellingworth in sales, making sure I got the truck I wanted. Steve Southworth made all the financing “look easy”, and I cannot forget John Rizzo and the service team for making sure they got my tonneau cover switched over quickly from my old to new truck! I had a great experience there. James was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales person.
I'm always a bit hesitant when walking into a dealership because I have not always had positive experiences when shopping for a new vehicle. With that in mind, a friend gave me Dan's card and strongly recommended that I should give him & the dealership a chance. I'm so glad I did! He was very helpful, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but had a budget and several features that were like a top 3 things that are "must haves". with Dan's help I found exactly what I needed & I love this truck!

the service department is TERRIBLE! apparently using your warranty on your vehicle is too much work for them and they don't get as much money for the work as they would if they charged the customer. This came from the mouth of the service manager John Rizzo. So they tell you Ford won't cover it so you will believe them and pay and they have less work to do and get more money from you then they would get from Ford. My mother has been waiting on a part to pass inspection for over 3 months now. The customer service is horrible! Meanwhile she is an elderly woman with no transportation. They have not once offered a loaner free of charge. Shame on you!
They are very competitive.The staff is friendly and pleasant to work with.The showroom is neat ,clean and organized.
