I was passed around to four different doctors at Advanced Urology Institute. I did not trust two of them. I thought they were procedure happy and recommended two different procedures, one kidney stone related and one PSA related that were not necessary. I had my PSA checked by my primary care physician and my number went down convincing me that the recommended procedure was unnecessary. Caring about my health and well being. I have a lot trust in him.
My third time visiting the office, and they are always fast with getting me back to the exam room. Dr. Burday has great bedside manners and is very informative. I trust him with my condition. Also, the young lady Courtney is always so sweet, kind and always has a smile on her face.
They were quick to get me in and provided excellent care even when my doctor was out of the office. Friendly staff and considerate doctors.
Dr remembered me from hospital, knew my chart took time to answer my questions. I’d use him forever if I lived in the area.
Besides having excellent bedside manners, his staff is great too. My mom, 98 years young was treated with care and quickly felt at ease during her visit.
Checking in is easy and the visit was a breeze.
Dr. Burday is easy to chat with, approachable, etc. Not saying I was excited to be there obviously but certainly have confidence in what we are going to do in the future. Had good laughs too. Dr. Burday is a funny guy!
