Well pleased with staff and doctor’s care and explanation of procedures
My appointment was at 7:30am. I was taken early and processed quickly. Saw the doctor within 10 mins. My examination was thorough and professional. No wasted time with idle chatter. All staff were pleasant and worked well together. I am very satisfied with my experience.
Very efficient. Little if any waiting. Dr Burday took the time to listen, answered all my questions, and explained the available options.
In and out in 20 minutes. Thanks to preregistration, smooth admission process, and considerate nurses and staff. I have great trust and confidence in Dr. Burday’s tracking and treatment to keep my eighty year old body moving along.
Dr was late. Not usual self. Abrupt. Didn’t listen. Didn’t seem to be concerned about my issue. Could have easily been Telehealth appointment.
Dr. Burday was quick getting me in and out, but did confirm with me several times to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Friendly and professional. I’ve always had a good experience with Dr. Burday.
Dr Burday is very personable and makes you feel comfortable.
