Worst experience ever. Horrible return policy and will have to seek litigation over exchange policy. Purchased a trench for $2400+tax on December 24th. Wife opened the gift on the 26th. Called on the 26th to find the proper size. Oakbrook location set it aside. Went out on the 27th for exchange. (I live 2 hours from the store) and Oakbrook accuses me of wearing it and trying to exchange. Also tells me there is an “aroma”. Such a nasty condescending experience. Was in the Burberry store at Keystone at the Crossing.. and as soon as me and my two female cousins went in I overheard two female associates say “stealing” and agree in kahoots.. Immediately after their conversation one associate started to crowd and watch us. So me being livid but not wanted to be labeled “an angry black woman” I asked my cousins were they ready to go because we are obviously not welcomed here. And believe the worker watched us on our way out.
