I have been very happy with the service I have received over the last few years with Bulwark but today, ********, truly went above and beyond! Not only did he complete the normal service quickly and efficiently, he took a little extra time to bring in my garbage bins which were still in the street! That was such an awesome gesture which I appreciate a lot.
Bulwark violated federal law. After having a good experience with them, Bulwark used predatory sales tactics to convince me to sign a monthly contract, and when I refused proceeded to harass me almost daily for months, calling to "resolve my account". Every time I answered I was told I needed to speak to a supervisor and put on hold and then eventually disconnected.
