All exterminating companies use the same products and are priced relatively the same. The difference is only in the the customer service people and we were lucky to get an excellent one. In addition to being a professional in every way, **** Sample never fails to inquire as to how the treatments are working - no problem since we hired Bulwark - and he goes out of his way to be friendly and informative. If he would ever switch to a different pest control company we would probably switch with him.
Bulwark Exterminating is a very customer service oriented company. You can call at any time with an issue and the organization will send a technician out at no additional expense. The communication between appointments is outstanding. The company always contacts us well in advance of a scheduled appointment, and the technician always sends a message detailing his estimated arrival time.
