Ive been a customer for over 12 years and have always been very satisfied with my service. The technicians and the customer service people are great. ************************* has provided excellent service at our home. Hes very friendly and went above and beyond checking for wasps which have been a problem for us.
The service tech ******************************* was very helpful. He told me about the work he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about the product and assured me it was safe for my pup. He went the extra mile by placing scorpion traps at the entry points of the garage. I am very pleased with the service of Bulwark. From the rep that knocked on the door, the courtesy reminder the day before service, to the tech calling before he came. It was top notch service all around.

******* sprayed at our house today which I had requested to be sprayed both inside & out but since the account was not noted that way, he only sprayed the outside. Fortunately he texted me that he had come so I was able to call the office and and he was able to come back quickly and spray inside as well. Mistakes can happen but it was easily taken care of and I appreciate that.
