The prices are OK but the Customer Service is horrible! I just called about a status on an order and they didn't even want to check. Never again!

I recently went into the post road location and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the employees were with all my project needs and I would recommend them to anyway doing any home improvement projects.
I'll take Builders surplus over Home Depot every time!! The staff on post road was extremely helpful with my remodel and I could not be more pleased with the way it came out.
