Customer service is awful I was in there the swat wick store Saturday November 14 .I have been shopping at this store since it opened in West Warwick before then I was not wearing a mask I have a heath condition and the employees made rude comments mashing me and embarrassed me in front of other customers! We had been to numerous retailers looking for a new kitchen that fit our tight budget, even traveling out of state. A relative suggested Builders Surplus in West Warwick. Well we walked in with all our information and quotes and met Dot! Dot knows customer service and she knows her product! I used to recommend them but the last 2 plus days trying to get a price on a door lol let’s just say they make broken promises sad in today’s world or either that they don’t need the business!
