They came in and told me that they're wasn't any termites at all anymore. It must have been service but went ahead and did some maintenance service along with taking care of some basic pest service. I am from the Midwest, so seeing those enormous water bugs scare the living daylights out of me! My husband sprayed regularly, but we would still see them every now and again(alive or flipped over). We finally decided to bring in the professionals and called Bugco. John K. came out and was very friendly, informative and even gave us pointers and answered all of our questions. I'm happy to say that I haven't seen a monster bug since they've sprayed! I highly recommend them �.

BugCo is the best. Been using their services for my business for over 2 years now. Their technicians are always on time, very knowledgable and friendly. The previous pest control company I had was using the wrong chemicals and were making the problem worse. As soon as BugCo took over I haven't had any problems since. Highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality, inexpensive pest control service.
Just had a great experience with Bugco. They came out ~1month ago to put out some rodent bait stations and several weeks later I noticed a bad smell coming from my attic. Daniel was the technician who came out- he was running late but called to let me know he was sorry and that he was on his way. He went above and beyond by rebaiting my stations and going up in my attic to find and get rid of the source of the odor, which was a dead rat.
