We were so happy with our experience with BUGCO. Germaine was extremely nice and super helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were fully protected. We are so glad we found this wonderful company for our pest control needs. Thanks again!
Chris and his team do a fantastic job! All the techs are so nice and customer service is great! It's nice that they remind you every 3 months to spray for insects because half a year will go by and I don't even notice! lol! Highly recommend Bugco. They service the Garden Oaks area :)
Seriously the best experience ever. Turned out to be nothing, but Clint (CJ) was very professional. My dogs (who never get any attention) even liked him and were pretty well behaved while he was here. Highly recommended, and from me, that's saying a lot.
Bugco is seriously the best ever! Their customer service is out of this world! Jeff is so fantastic, I can't even express how grateful I am for his reassurance and help. We had a serious bug problem and he has put us at ease throughout it! He came out and did an inspection and even brought an entomologist out to double check, without charging us a dime! And when we figured out a plan of action it was WAY cheaper than expected! Affordable with amazing customer service, what else could you ask for?
