I tried to cancel the service by calling the phone listed on the website, but I couldn't leave a message in the voicemail. I texted the cancellation request to the person who explain the service to me. Then, while I was out on vacation, the crew showed up, and a guest in my house let them in to the job I had cancelled. There is no good way to communicate with them.

If I could zero stars, I would! Called 24 hours in advance for inspection- next day - no one showed at appt time frame - 2 hours after time frame I HAD to call them and they were SUPER unapologetic and just ignored my concerns. Please please please don’t use this company for any rodent inspection!!!
