Excellent customer service from Loretta who calls to schedule my service and works with my schedule to Alfie who helps to make sure they get rid of all bugs in and around our house. He even picks up dead ones from my garage and puts those in the garbage. He’s my hero! On the last visit, he found fire ants in the backyard and went ahead and treated the yard for us. My dog, Katie, sure appreciates that! No need for us to look for any other pest control in San Angelo. Bug Express does it all!
My Exterminator Alfie, did not laugh at my fear of bugs. In fact, he explained how he was going to protect my home and told me to call immediately if I saw any that were not dead. WHEW!!!! he even came back at my request to spray for the ants!
