We love Bug Express. Their service providers are always very polite, professional and concerned about locking gates behind them, etc. Today Alfonzo Gonzales suggested we have our attic sprayed. No one has ever mentioned that as a provided service to us before. Of course we said YES! Professional. Courteous. Prompt. We love them.

We lived in apartments for several years and we recently bought our first home. Bug Express treated our most recent apartment complex and treats our house now. We've never had anything but good, friendly service. Jamie would always knock instead of ring the bell when we lived in the apartment with our newborn son, in case he was sleeping! :) Kind people.

I have used Bug Express for over 10 years now. I love how they will service our small rural towns! I like that Loretta calls to remind me that they're coming -- that way I remember to "pick up" everything before they come. Ryan was a great tech. Cookie has been awesome, too! It is a good feeling to know that they will watch and make sure my animals do not get out of the house. And I know my house is safe with them. It’s not something that anyone wants to talk about but we’ve had a lot of rain this year and perhaps that’s the reason this problem started. So I’ve never had bugs in my home until this year scorpions 🦂 and spiders 🕷 black widows to name one. I’m not scared of bugs or spiders but these two I have a problem with. We’ve been using Bug Express for about 5 years. The scheduling is easy, the employees are friendly and the scorpions and spiders are gone! We had Alfie out today and he did a great job!
