Cookie came to our house on Friday and was the most thorough technician that’s has done our service. We have been customers for 5 years and have always had good service & they remind us when quarterly service is due. Great company. If you can request Cookie do so! He has been the best so far!

We have been clients of Bug Express for MANY years and would not dream of using another company. Cookie treated my house both inside and out today. He was very thorough including sweeping and treating around the windows, doors and corners on the outside of the house and in the garage. He was attentive to my questions and concerns and explained exactly what he was going to do to make sure that my concerns were addressed. Great job Cookie!
Amazing customer service and always quick to come out before regular servicing if needed. The call to schedule service is also great for forgetful people like me! I’ve never had a problem doing business with these great people!!!! :)
I highly recommend Bug Express for your pest control needs and Alfie is our go-to guy! He called prior to coming today, showed up with a smile and got right to work. He was very thorough in his treatment inside and out. He took down any spider webs he saw and took his time treating our home. We will continue to ask for Alfie, as he gives us the 5 star service we deserve.
