We had our first experience with Bug Express this weekend. Their customer service is fantastic. I spoke with Loretta to schedule & she was extremely helpful & informative. A sweet lady. A fella named Alfie came out & went above & beyond. He explained everything & answered all questions without hesitation. It was a good experience & we highly recommend.
As a Property Manager, Jamie Goetz is the best pest technician we have ever had. She is very dependable. She care not only for my staff members but for my residents as well.
