Meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution, effective focus on cost containment, unafraid to tell us what we needed to hear, stands behind everything they and their teams do, spectacular results - all these attributes characterize Buffington Homes. If you're building on or near Kiawah, I'm not sure why you would choose any other company to build your home.

Dan Buffington built our home on Kiawah Island in 2003. We interviewed many builders and chose Buffington Homes as Dan understood our vision for a family home of the highest quality and he delivered on time and within budget. He is a true professional with incredible knowledge and experience in building a home. Buffington exceeds expectations in quality and integrity. They finished our home in 14 months - on time and on budget. The workmanship and detail were superb. The project was done with minimal supervision - we visited the project only three times during construction but we're keep current through photos on the website. The most important reference is that Buffington's word is there bond. You can trust them and rely upon them. Those traits are rare in today's world. Choosing Buffington Homes for a major home renovation was the best decision we made on this project. Our desires and requests were always doable as far as they were concerned. They truly build as tho it were for themselves.

My wife and I have hired the Buffington people to handle a number of small repair projects around our home on Kiawah. We always have been very pleased with their response, their work, and their follow-up. Buffington Homes South Carolina is an amazing Builder. Their finished product, both fit and finish, is far above the quality you would expect.
