Chicken was hard to chew..the celery was going bad..the fries were spicy..the ranch that was ordered was some spicy sauce..a rectification wasn't had..the woman that handed my food was awesome but when I called to complain it was a rude guy
I walked in and 3 chicks wearing the outfits were talking. Totally ignored. Walked in and out to the back or outside laughing. No "someone will be right with you" nothing Stood there for 5 minutes. Ignored until another patron pointed me out. Plenty walk in before me and walk up to counter to get pickup. Confused guy at the desk finally gives me a table. "Wait, I know what I want!" Waited an hour from online order to receiving food orders placed after mine were somehow completed and out before mine. Restaurant was empty seemingly due to end of World Cup game. Extremely slow and unproductive team. Have not had BWW in years and I now recall why.
Beware, on 07/02/26 I got food poisoning from the bone-in wings.
