Dear Buffalo Wild Wings Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit. The manager, Peris, was very rude and unprofessional when addressing customer concerns. What a joke, it can’t get worse.
Restaurant was essentially empty yet I still had to wait 40 minutes for preordered carry out
Ok I went in with not so good attitude because of idiots on the road bumper riding and giving you the finger because you stop for emergency vehicles. So I waited no one seen till 10 min later. She says go to bar area there's no server in morning elsewhere. It's 11 am. I went over sat down bar side tables looked at menu still no hellos I see you there for 20min.
