Bartenders need training in basics how to simply pour a beer keep bar clean and clear or have a supply of dry towels for customers
TERRIBLE!!! Huge disappointment for it being BWW! Poor service, dirty tables. For as slow as it was we had a hard time getting a drink and forget about a refill. Food was less than mediocre. It took forever just to pay our bill so we could leave. We went there because we're from out of town and wanted to watch Sunday Night Football. Usually can't go wrong with beer and wings.......but we did!
We were seated quickly. We had a helpful server. Wings were good. Bathroom floor needs better cleaning. I suspect less than professional management could be part of the problem others are talking about. Good help is hard to find in Branson.
I've been to this location more than once and every time I got there they take so long to serve us once I went to the manager twice before we got a waiter and on top he was mean and the food was salty. They really don't know how to treat customers. We was never offered a discount or an apology, as if they don't care.

The server was good! The food took forever & they scratched our name off the list without calling us & 3 other people waiting!! They need a better system or hostess!! We were all livid!! The manager tried to tell us we were all wrong & the employee was right!! I thought the customer was always right plus we were sitting right there the whole time & tried to say they called us & we weren't there at the time!! Bad experience!!
