We love Bws. My 6 yo wanted to go for her birthday. Worst Bws ever. Service and food terrible. Not just for us,but for all tables around us. We even had a local that asked ya to write a review. The only reason they were there was she was craving a menu item. Said they normally drive into Springfield.
Love BDubs and check different locations out when we're on vacation. Was disappointed in this one and surprised beings it's in a major tourist city, how terrible the service and cleanliness was.
The food was delicious and staff was great... food a little slow but overall very good
Not a good value for the money. Wings were tough. Mushrooms tasted like the frozen type and Waiter let our drinks run out. Will not eat there again.
Ashley our server for the past 3 times is amazing. I think we go back just to see her and her friendly personality and attitude... The atmosphere is good, the music and TV shows are awesome but the food was not that up to par. I had the Buffalo Blue Burger asked the manager for a medium and he refused which told me the meat is not 100% beef and it came out pink anyway and very cold... The sweet tea is good though!!!
Great service! Very friendly wait staff. Relaxing place to sit and enjoy the view.
I thought the food was great and the service was good!!! I've eaten there only twice now, but my family and I enjoyed it.
Very good and fast service. Only bad thing was the table I was seated at had a view of the wait staff instead of the televisions
