The waiter forgot to put the wing order in. It took 45 minutes to get the wings.
My girlfriend and I came in to watch the Alvarez and McGregor fight. They left the huge garage door open outside while it was 38 degrees outside because the people smoking were watching the fight too. We watched the fight at the bar and froze our asses off along with everyone else at the bar. After asking several times nobody would close the door.
The wait staff and management were great. Food was ok. There is no smoking in any restaurants or businesses in Branson. They opened the patio big door and all the smoke drifted in from outside and gave me a headache. I do not think this would pass the clean air test.
Service too slow! Waited an hour after ordering food and they weren't even busy. Took 20 minutes and asking waiter 3 times for our drinks. Waiter had no clue about products being served. 1st time and probably last time I go.

Visited with Gary & Susie Birke. Looking for Drambuie. Yes Drambuie. Mgr. Ulysses actually had a bottle. We will be back next year to finish that bottle. Oh, the lemon drop martini's were amazing
Seriously bad experience today. Incompetent management, hopelessly stupid and understaffed employees. Flies everywhere in the dining room. OMG how does this place stay in business? There is never more than 10 people eating there. Choose someplace else ANY PLACE ELSE. I'd go to Subway first.
Came here around 2:30 on Friday afternoon. There were very few customers so I thought we would get quick service. I was wrong. There was no one at the door when we arrived and I had to look around before someone came to seat us. When i got my order, it was not right. I had ordered the small order of wings and the waitress had put in for a snack size. Took 20 minutes or so before our food came out.
