We just went at 7 aaked for a game and they wouldnt turn it on because it was a fight night. But they had one tv set to nba. We order and our bill comes to $60 for 2 ppl. I pay the bill and start watching the fights instead. The waitress comes up and says "my manager says if your not going to order anything else you need to leave" are you kidding me what about her boyfriend that is with his buddies in the corner (yes she kissed him while on the clock) or all the other people there just watching the fight too. Food was awesome, server forgot my salad And wings took a hour to get. Food was great but service sucked.
The food I had this evening was exceptional. And a big thank you and kudos to our waiter, Uno, he is amazing and looks to be he hardest working person here! First time I came here, our waitress wasn't doing her job like she should have been and he swooped in and rescued our table! So we asked for him tonight as well! Definitely worth it with Uno as your waiter!
Service was terrible except for Dana, she worked circles around every person in the building... Dana is awesome! Everyone else stood around looking at each other. Dana took care of tables, the whole bar and all the server drinks.. she was exception!
Love this place. Here and in Mt Home. Great service fantastic food. Good atmosphere.
Not the best service! Ordered onion rings and ended up with the basket. Large portion, never asked if we wanted the regular, and they were cold. Wings came out and were cold. Have to wait for them to be re-done!
Food was great. Horrible service. Us and two other families but took 45 minutes to get food.
Horrible Service. Horrible wait. Completely disorganized. Staff was in no particular hurry to do their jobs. Go anywhere else on The Landing. We walked out.
