How can you be in business with this poor quality of service you have at your Branson Missouri location. We arrived at your restaurant at 7pm last evening while a lady with her family leaving your facility saying I hope you get waited on because we never did. When we were seated we told the waitress what the lady said and she told us there would not be a problem..We would get good service. This is my third go at this particular BWW location, all three have been a huge disappointment. I have been in the food service industry for 33 years, try to give benefit of the doubt to slow service....this place hasn't changed. Management obviously is incompetent. Have been at our table which is filthy for 33 minutes no one has acknowledged our presence. A complete disgrace to anyone in the food industry. Get it together BWW! !
Horrible service took for ever to get our drinks and once our order was placed which was 30 minutes ago still waiting on our food and there are only 4 other tables in here with people all waiting for food and or drinks!!!! Y'all need to get your shit together!!!!!!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. My family who normally tips great was from out of town, we stopped in on sunday. Food was fine but slow, our waiter was horrible !! Still tipped somewhat decent amount. Couldn't find out waiter almost the whole time , had to get up to get refills ourselves , we're leaving and still hadn't received an item.
