ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! Will never return to this BWW! Manager was absolutely horrible, server ended up quitting. Get your sh** together.
The bathrooms are nasty !!!!!!!! Never clean... The tables are sticky and nasty. We have had to ask the staff to wash our table off and get an attitude every time. They stand around and talk they don't wait on anyone very fast. Usually have to go to the bar and get our own drinks. They never improve. Probably wasting my time by posting this. Nothing ever changes. Need new management and staff.
Beware! Our server added an 8 dollar tip to our bill after my husband signed it. He did not total it out because we usually just sign the receipt and go. We left a tip on the table for the bad waiter. When we called the manager he said well this has never happened before and the server said he did not do that. Horrible service!!! would not recommend this place to anyone!
Service was terrible had to ask the waitress to check on our food and it took over an hour to make wings and a wrap hello doesn’t take over an hour! Literally had to flag her down 3 times by the time we got the food my wings were ice cold and she forgot our fries and those were ice cold too she clearly shouldn’t be a waitress! Asked for a manager and he took forever to come over! Never going back when I come visit my parents here again!!
The waitress took forever! The food was cold by the time we received it. The total time to get food was over a hour. Called for the manger and he was serving and took forever to come over as well! VERY POOR
Why does this place keep the staff? I would fire everyone from dishwasher to the manager! Worst #BWW in the country! Its embarrassing for Branson locals. If your visiting Branson, please don't let this place give you an opinion of Restaurants and service here. Would be best if you eat somewhere off the landing.
