This was the worse experience ever in my life. The person that was seating us stated their weren’t any seats available and only seats available on the patio and once inside..their were several seats that my party could have sat. The server slammed the drinks on the table and the food was cold when served to us...I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.
Air on too cold. Music too loud and obnoxious and when I asked if they could turn it down a bit , the waiter told me he wasnt allowed to. There was no one else in the place) Not a relaxing place for your family
Came on a Wednesday night completely dead, food took longer than expected for a salad and kids wings. Music was so loud all we wanted to do was leave. Was told "corporate " mandates music must be ear piercing. Be a while before I try them again.
We walked in and were put on a wait with about 20 open tables by the rude hostesses. We sat and waited as tables kept walking out but no one still was being sat. They then told us we couldn’t be sat til the kitchen gave an ok...we all walked out. Awful.
If I could give this place a negative number I would I am a combat veteran and went in with my service dog and was refused service because of him then when I asked to speak to the manager he demanded I give him proof of my dogs training which I did have but it’s against ADA rights to ask me for them and when I tried to explain the manager cut me off and told me I had to show him
I've lived in Branson for 30 years now been there 2 times the absolutely worse service in Branson and cold food and missing food.. do not recommend to anyone...
Just went to the landing to eat good ole Bdubs. I'm local, so I come and eat here a lot. Foods always good, service is good 1 out of 10 times we go there, and it always takes forever to get my food. I was told it would be a 20 min wait. I looked around the corner to see that the majority of the dining room was empty. I asked why and all they told me was there's a wait...... What a joke. We went to Famous Dave's instead.
