Friendly, courteous and fast service. Sat at the bar for refreshing drinks during shopping break. We had beers, margarita and Bloody Mary.
Kevin was a great server! We didn't appreciate having to look for a hostess to seat us, but Kevin's attitude and spirit were infectious.
We have a great time when we go! Great service! Was very accommodating to a special diet I’m on. One of our favorite places! Food is awesome!

We came on a Sunday night and it was pretty dead. They close at 11 and were there at about 8:30. The place was dead. The servers didn’t really seem to care about us. They already started cleaning. Also they mopped the men’s restroom but there was no wet floor sign. I asked for cold slaw as my side and the server told me they were out after she brought us our food. Pretty terrible service.
Absolutely worse service I have had at any restaurant. Had to go get the hostess just to get our ticket. Then it took our server another 10 minutes to come bring it to us. Came to table one time and didn’t offer to drink refills. Won’t go back.
Awful service!!! No communication between wait staff and front of house. Our waitress also spent more time running around the. Helping tables. Horrible management!!!
Sat in bar. BW isn’t my fav place but hubs and son love it Hubs ordered the 5 medium wings. They were cold and had wayyyyyyyy to much sauce. LETS JUSTSAY HUBS WAS DEATHLY ILL ALL NIGHT. I THINK HIS WINGS WERE NOT COOKED CORRECTLY SON said his were ok. I got the sante fe salad. It was good Idk if hubs will ever go back to BW.
Most of the guys who work there are very unkind, unprofessional, my food took like an 1 1/2 hours to be served... I’ll never come back there...
