I find it atrocious that Buffalo Wild wings finds the almighty buck to be more important than it employees. The fact that they are open all day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day tells me a lot about their business. It tells me that they have very little respect for the people that work for them. You can't tell me that it is a paying proposition to be open on those days, and even if it were, let the people who do all the work to line the pockets of the corporation have a little time with their families!!!!! Worst. Experience in a long time. Hr long wait/for my food to go ..others there after me got food first. Food was cold missing all condiments and they wanted me to wait longer for a coupon from manager!...couldn't find him WIERD!... REALLY
Ordered takeout. Was told we couldn't order a dozen of each like we wanted, was forced to order in "11"s because that was the number for the day regardless of how many we wanted as the customer. Picked up the order---wings are ICE COLD. Mild sauce for one set of wings was NOT mild. We hadn't eaten here in a while. Now I remember why. Terrible customer service with the order and then terrible, cold food. Wasted our money.
